DIETARY

Full Time Temporary Cook Position Available, 40 hours per week. Shifts vary.  Must be able to:                  Read & follow recipes. Read and understand modified diet spreadsheets. Responsible for prep & production of entrees, starches & vegetables. Responsible for altering food for modified diets. Must meet sanitation guidelines for both State & Health departments. Responsible for stocking. Must follow master cleaning schedule.
