Apartments

If you appreciate the ease of access to amenities and activities, as well as convenience to dining, apartment living may be for you. 

Efficiency, one and two-bedroom garden apartments feature comfortable living with patios and garden areas or balconies, where you can relax and take in the scenic mountain views.  A few newly-renovated apartments offer more options and even more living space. In Prentice Lodge,  you will appreciate independent apartment living with customized assistance from our housekeeper / companion staff. Three meals with wait service are available each day.

Homes

Our Condominiums provide spacious living and a genuine feel of openness with outside decks or patios.  These two and three bedroom-units have lovely views of mountains and streams. Our one - two - or three - bedroom Cluster Homes in groupings of four or six offer pleasant living in charming one-level houses with sunrooms and screened porches.

Our four freestanding homes are on a knoll overlooking Highland Farms.   These one and two-level homes offer unique floor plans with additional rooms for more spacious living.
